Guidelines

In order to have a successful development effort there are some guidelines that volunteers should follow to ease the development process and ensure that all contributions follow certain standards of quality and mainatainability.

Some of the points that need attention are

• Contribution of source code: License requirements, documentation requirements.
• Mailing list etiquette
• Creating, leading and managing a subsection of development
• Coding standards
• Documentation standards
