These tests to be applied to installers of Distributions (seperately for GUI / text based ones).

This category is to test the availability of language support at installation time. Post install BasicSystemTests to be followed. Much of these tests maybe manual.

• In installer level
  • Selection of language for installer UI
  • Selection of keymap for installer
• In installation
  • Selection of languages to install (single/multiple)
  • Selection of default locale to install/set
  • Selection of Timezone
    • If selection of timezone affects the lang packs installed
  • Selection of lang packs for specific packages (eg GNOME/KDE/OOo/Moz)
  • If default install gives indic support
  • If autoinstalls/kickstarts can support install of indic components.
