September-October is a season of holidays. Please do have a specific proposed date in mind. I have a couple of questions:

  • The session requires some pre-work in terms of content, is it a good idea to list them out on the page ?
  • What are the objectives of the meeting ?
  • Who are required to be present to achieve the objectives ?
  • Is there an existing documentation about the issues ?
  • What are the next steps ?
