There are some characters in Marathi script which are not there in the Hindi script. And because of that it is not possible to type in marathi devnagri script properly in the linux gnome or kde environment. If you can get me in touch with people who made the hindi bolnagri packages for linux, that would help me develop similar marathi devnagri script package.
