I would suggest that the page is made ulta. Put the latest information at the top and keep going down. Also an important part of any history is the personnel involved. So start with who is there now, what they are doing, current tasks and achievements at present. Also, i dont think that it should be restricted to hindi only - i think that some of the persons mentioned are also working in other languages. This should be documented. Possibly space should be made for other groups to document their work. Like the release of stuff by the government - who did the work for them? where do they come from? are we interacting with them?
