ILDC seems to be placing restrictions on the possible uses of their fonts. Can their Licence really be called Free ? My interpretation of the Debian Free Software Guidelines says that such a Licence is non-free. Can we have a discussion on this topic ?

they have been tagged PROP ( propreitry ), since they are not modifiable & not redistributable.
