User roles and interaction points..

Administrator

• Can do anything, everything..

Translator

• Someone who volunteers to do translations actively, online or offline.
• Will have to complete an initial set of translations to aquire this role.
• Submitted translations will get added, tagged pending review.
• Can upload translations to the framework - in PO form.

Validator

• More of a privilge than a role.
• Anyone with validator access, can approve translations which are accepted into the system and tagged final.

Reviewer

• Someone who has been a translator for sometime.
• Reviewer will go through translations & vote on them (for multiple suggestions).
• Reviewer can comment on translations, which can be passed on to the Translator (of the said strings).
• Some reviewers can also have validator access (ie combined role Translator+Validator+Reviewer )
• There can be external reviewers (ie Reviewer only), who can only vote & comment.

Anonymous

• Unregistered, unknown visitor.
• Can submit suggestions for translations
• Submitted suggestions are stored, pending review & validation.
• Can comment on existing suggestions/translations (assuming a role of external reviewer).
• Sufficient checks need to be made to prevent bots..
• Blocking IPs from where invalid/junk stuff is being added.
